To ensure that the VIN Hub has access to advice and counsel on a regular basis on all aspects of its work, the VIN Hub will establish a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). This TAC will be composed of distinguished members from industry and academia who are experts in the scientific, technical, and management aspects of the mission.
